Last week I went to Omega Tours to take some photos of whitewater river hiking, as well as some calm flatware kayaking through Caco Lagoon. Omega Tours is located on the Rio Cangrejal just upriver from the city of La Ceiba. They offer class III-IV whitewater rafting, and kayaking on the Rio Cangrejal, as well as a number of other hiking and water adventures in the area.
